Boostability is Hiring a HelpDesk Technician Near Lehi, UT

Helpdesk Technician


Just A Description...

Helpdesk Technicians are expected to perform the following job functions while working closely with system administrators and other technical support team members to resolve complex customer problems and issues for all corporate computers.

Compensation:
$14 - $19/hour depending on experience.


Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.


What You’ll Be Doing...

  • Answer helpdesk request tickets from employees
  • Install software and applications for users as needed.
  • Troubleshoot complex scenario-based problems with corporate workstations.
  • Image and rollout computers and workstations.
  • Work with system administrators to identify and resolve more complicated problems.
  • Effectively present solutions to customers and co-workers.
  • Provide feedback from customers to product teams.
  • Document required bug fixes and feature improvements for end-users.
  • Provide support to remote employees via Remote Desktop
  • Other responsibilities or assignments as needed.

  • Good consulting and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well in the face of tight deadlines and tough technical challenges.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively juggle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Prompt, responsive, responsible, and friendly approach to dealing with customer problems.


Special Considerations:
Experience with any of the following: Windows 10/11, macOS, Active Directory, desktop support, Remote Desktop, VPN, GSuite, virtualization technology and Imaging.
